Question: Does the pause button completely stop the flow of water?
Answer: The pause button when used will pause the flow of water, but not completely shut of the water. There will still be a drip. Note that this is by design to avoid pressure build-up and the potential of bursting the hose.
Question: I see some comments saying to remove the flow control to improve water pressure if it’s a little weak. How can I remove the flow control?
Answer: I believe the manufacturer has changed the design of the limiters. In the unit I received, the wand had no limiter, but the diverter and main shower head did have them. The instructions included how to remove the limiter from the diverter “for cleaning” and the other limiter can be disabled by removing a tiny black O ring from the white plastic insert.
Question: Does the bracket that holds the shower head tilt up and down so you can adjust the angle of the spray head?
